Good to know.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have an open chair, but we strongly recommend booking — especially for Thursdays through Saturdays. Most days fill up by midweek.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free to cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the service.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Absolutely. We cut for ages 6 and up. Father & son back-to-back appointments are our favorite booking of the week.
What products do you use?
We stock and use Layrite, Uppercut Deluxe, Reuzel, and our own Northline aftercare line. Everything is available for purchase in shop.
Is parking available?
Free street parking on Northline Ave and a public lot one block east on Forge Street.
